It seems like everyone now a days looks like they are wanting to find the "best" deal and the "best" price. Be carefull what you wish for because you get what you pay for. That 500.00 wedding limousine might sound great "over the phone" but when it shows up, it will look like a 500.00 limo. That you will have in all of your keep sake pictures, everyone loves the look of rust and primer in the photo's. Wait the limousine has a big dent on the side. We'll who can afford repairs when your only getting paid 500.00 be lucky it shows up with air conditioning and does not smell like mold. The best your driver Vlad just barely speaks english and is asking your wedding party for directions. Think that this is far fetched from the truth.. No I hear the stories everyday. Beware when they do not want to show you the limousine or make excuses when you want to see it. They will tell you that you will have "unlimited bar" flowers waiting for you at arrival?? To good to be true it is.
What we stand behind is Quality Service. Not Quanitity! We receive many calls the week before weddings OMG mu limo just canceled on me. Chance's are they got more from the next person than you did when you booked 6 months ago. Exotic Coach always rest assure will pull your limousine off of the books and not reserve it out. If we do not have any available we simply say "were sold out". There is a lot of stress you get built up the last 30 days of your wedding event. You do not need the stress of someone telling you your limousine will not be there.
When calling any company and the price is higher than what you anticipated.. there is no sense in being rude and telling the person that you found 3 other companies "cheaper than you" no two companies are alike nor are their limousines. Just say thank you and hang up. Etiquite 101 I hear people who are a lot older than me make those snooty comment's "why" each company offers a different package a different limousine etc. The prices are what they are and remember this is just the way the company runs their business.
Chicago is one of the largest competiotion when it comes to Limousine Transportation. There are many companies that come and go but only a few that stay around. We know it's a cut throat business as any other place is and as they all say "There are many ambulance chaisers in this industry let them have our sloopy seconds"..

Exotic Coach is proud to say we have been in business for 10 years and counting. This year Prom season is approaching as of next weekend. Every Friday and every Saturday all up until the second week of June we will be busy catering to our number one fan's Chicago's Prom Kids.
We always want to assure everyone that the safety and dependability of our company with our passenger's is our number one rule. We do everything so that we can assure you that you will have a night to remember.
A number one rule we always have with all of our customers so that we can assure promptness and timely arrival is for Prom's always have your itnerary in a week prior to your event. It is important that our fleet manager review's all locations. Nothing is worse than finding out that locations for picture's (like millenium park, buckingham fountain) all close at 11 pm and Chicago Police will not allow you to walk the area's because all light's have been shut off. This is all for your own safety. Or being that we have been doing this for quite some time many resaturant's do not allow reservations but is on a first come first serve basis. So getting to your location on time is important.
